The IDIF Success: Eventas at Its Finest

In addition to a project manager and assistance with venue choices, the agency also provided six amazing model hostesses who were present at the entrances to warmly welcome and usher in all guests. The gala dinner after the conference itself was moderated by a charming and vibrant female Emcee also from Eventas. However, providing staff was not the entire scope of Eventas' involvement in the forum.

A number of services essential to the event were also requested through Eventas, a testament to the deep professional trust between the agency and Huawei. Eventas helped with the supply of top-notch audio-visual equipment used in the conference and the gala. These included three large LED screens (one used at the conference and all three used at the gala dinner), stage and auditorium lighting equipment, and state-of-the-art sound technology. They also provided a long list of the best solo artists and music bands to provide musical entertainment at the conference and especially at the gala (a jazz band was eventually decided upon).

In addition to these, Eventas also brought in a professional security service to handle all security both within and outside the auditorium, as well as a shuttle service to handle transportation of invitees to and from the venue. As for photography and video coverage, we had previously formed a relationship with Eventas due to our recent stride into photography and video advertisement. Naturally, they enlisted our newly assembled team of highly skilled photographers and videographers to cover the event.

Overall, the IDIF forum was an overwhelming success. Everything from the welcoming of guests at the entrance to the shuttling of attendees to their hotels, airports, or homes was well organized by the Eventas staff, adding another laurel to their legacy of excellence and perfection.
